Focal's Automatic Naming Conventions allow you to build a naming structure combining asset metadata and custom columns.  

Asset metadata (aspect ratio, video duration etc) is detected automatically upon upload, and custom columns can be used to add a variety of additional information about the creative assets (e.g. creative angle, visual hook, style).

Build it once, and all new assets you upload to Focal will be automatically renamed accordingly. No more manual work or risk for errors.
