Email Notifications

Email notifications in Focal

Keeping your team up-to-date on new creative feedback just became easier. Users can now get notified over email when:

• Mentioned in a creative comment

• Someone replies to your comment

• You are assigned to a brief

To enable email notifications, navigate to the in-app notification popup at the bottom left, then click on settings. In this view, you can control which actions to get notified of in the app and over email.
