Put together a collection of assets and share it with anyone, no Focal account needed.
Every share starts with a permission request
Sharing finished work usually means a folder link, an access request and a follow-up asking which files are final. Once the link is out, you can’t see who has it or stop it from being passed on. With Focal, every share has its own settings.
Shared collections
Shareable collections of finished assets
Shared collections are curated sets of assets from your Focal library that you send to anyone with a link. Recipients don’t need a Focal seat. Add assets from any folder, organize them in subfolders and choose whether guests can comment, download files or change asset statuses.

Share settings
Passwords, expiry dates and permissions
Protect a collection with a password, set an expiry date for time-limited campaigns and turn each guest permission on or off. The assets stay in your library, so the collection always shows what’s current.

Step 2
Choose what guests can do
Decide whether guests can comment, download or change statuses, and add a password or expiry date.
